You may request a return or exchange if:
The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
All original tags, labels, and packaging are intact.
The request is made within 7 days of receiving your order.
Products that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for return or exchange.

2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
Products that have been used, washed, or altered.
Items without original tags or packaging.
Products purchased during clearance or special sale events (unless received damaged or defective).
Gift cards or promotional items.

3. How to Request a Return or Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange:
Contact our customer support within 7 days of delivery.
Provide your Order Number and clear photos of the product (if damaged or incorrect).
Our team will review your request and provide further instructions.

4. Exchange Policy
If your requested item is available in stock, we will process the exchange after receiving and inspecting the original product.

If the requested product is unavailable, you may choose another product of equal value or opt for a refund, where applicable.

5. Refund Policy
Once your returned product is received and inspected:
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:
Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Share clear photos of the product and packaging.
After verification, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund at no additional cost.

7. Return Shipping
If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, KURAJ will bear the return shipping cost.
For other eligible returns or exchanges, return shipping charges may be the customer's responsibility unless otherwise specified.

8. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
